Gretchen Jordan, Ph.D., Principal of 360 Innovation LLC
Gretchen Jordan is an independent consultant who has worked in evaluation of research and technology development programs and organizations for more than 25 years. Much of her work was for the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and Office of Science. She retired as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories in 2011.

She has written guides on evaluation of technology transfer, market transformation programs, early market outcomes, in-progress peer review, R&D evaluation methods, and benefit cost studies. She has authored articles and handbook chapters on logic modeling and numerous peer reviewed publications on assessing research and innovation programs, policies, and organizations.
Dr. Jordan was the North American co-editor of the journal Research Evaluation from 2008 to 2015 and elected a fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 2007. Her Ph.D. is in Economics and she lives in Pacific Grove, California.
